Fellow Chartered Accountant, Commerce Graduate

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and in practice since 1994. He has over 15 years post qualification experience and specialized in areas of diagnostic review, profit improvement plan, management information and control services and industry and economic survey for client, field of project and financial report to banks and financial institutions. He has wide range of experience especially in concurrent, revenue, internal and statutory audits of Banks. He has done Stock Inspection Audit for various banks for various Corporate Houses. He is Computer Literate and has completed his training in Computers for operation and programming from Bombay Computer Center of ICAI. He has conducted EDP and system audits for Various Groups and Banks and improvements plans thereof. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

CA. ARCHANA S. NAIK (Partner)

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and in practice since 1994. She has headed audit Dept. as Manager & independently handled audits of various Public Ltd. Co. She has also worked in Industry; especially she has experience in Aviation Industry. She has an expertise in the personnel and recruitment services, MIS and Budgeting, Corporate Taxation, Implementation of various Software's, such as Payroll and also for Personal Administration and Management System developed by Siemens Information Systems Ltd.

He has worked with House of Patel's & Patel Roadways Ltd., Wall Street Finance Ltd. - Foreign Exchange Div. & Raheja Constructions & Group Industries. His experience in Budgeting & Ratio Analysis, Break Even Analysis & Reviewing Internal control system is tremendous. He has handled TDS Assessments, advising on salary structure of employees to minimizing Tax Liability, Assist in Conduction Audits of Group Co.s & Handling Assessment & liaison with Income Tax Dept. & pleading as consultants to group companies.
